Growspire Learning Ltd is the data controller for personal information used to operate this website, fulfil workbook orders and support the Growspire Learning app. This notice explains what is processed, why it is used and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• your email address and the order, payment-status and transaction references supplied by Stripe;
• the product purchased, amount paid, download dates and number of downloads remaining;
• messages you send to our support email address; and
• security and technical records generated by our website host.

We do not receive or store your full card or Apple Pay details. Stripe processes those details on its secure checkout.

Growspire Learning app on the Amazon Appstore

The app may receive the adult purchaser’s Amazon app-specific user identifier and Amazon purchase entitlement or purchase-history responses. The app processes these values locally on the device to unlock or restore a subscription, prevent an entitlement being carried across to a different Amazon account, and support fraud prevention, security and compliance.

The app also checks an Amazon-provided consent status so that it can close safely when Amazon has not confirmed permission for the current profile. It does not receive the child’s name or date of birth from that check.

These Amazon values are not sent to a Growspire Learning server, are not sold and are not shared for advertising. Growspire Learning does not receive payment-card details from Amazon. Amazon processes app payments and manages billing under Amazon’s own terms.

The app does not provide child accounts, advertising, analytics or public chat. It does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts or precise location. Learning progress, notebook entries, creative pictures and accessibility choices remain locally on the device unless an adult chooses to print or otherwise export something using the device’s own controls.

How and why we use it

We use order information because it is necessary to provide the product you bought, personalise the PDF files, prevent unauthorised sharing, provide support and keep business and tax records. We use limited technical records for our legitimate interests in keeping the store reliable and secure, and we use information where necessary to meet legal obligations.

Your purchaser email and a shortened Stripe order reference are placed on every page of the personalised PDF. Anyone who sees that copy may therefore see this information.

Who we share it with

We use Stripe for checkout and payment processing, and Netlify for website hosting, secure functions and protected file storage. These providers process information under their own security and data-protection arrangements. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect legal rights.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records may be kept for up to seven years where needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention or legal claims. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed. Signed download links normally expire after seven days; the separate download limit still applies.

Cookies

The Growspire website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential technology may be used to keep the service secure and complete checkout. Stripe may use strictly necessary cookies on its hosted payment page. We will update this notice and ask for consent before adding any non-essential cookies.

Children

Our resources are for children, but purchases must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly ask for a child’s personal information.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain use, or receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you would like us to help.
