Single-purchaser resource licence

Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights in Growspire Learning resources remain with Growspire Learning Ltd. Buying a product gives you permission to use it under this licence; it does not transfer ownership of the content.

You may

• download the personalised files using the secure links provided;
• print copies for children in your immediate household if you are a parent or home educator;
• print and use copies with pupils you personally teach if you are an individual teacher or tutor; and
• save one working copy on a private device or account controlled by you.

You may not

• share, email, message, upload or give the PDF files to another person;
• place them on a school-wide drive, virtual learning environment, public website, social platform or file-sharing service;
• resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute or use the resources in a product sold to others;
• remove, hide or alter the purchaser watermark or other ownership notices;
• copy substantial parts into another resource, or claim the work as your own; or
• use one purchase across a school, organisation, teaching agency or team of tutors.

Watermarks and download limits

Every delivered page is marked with the purchaser email and an order reference. Each file has a limited number of downloads. These measures deter unauthorised sharing and help identify the licensed copy, but they do not change your consumer rights.

Ending the licence

The licence ends if you materially breach these conditions. You must then stop using the resource and delete unlicensed copies. Growspire Learning Ltd may still pursue remedies for copyright infringement or other unlawful use.
