Buying from Growspire

Purchase terms

These terms apply when an adult buys a digital workbook or curriculum activity pack from Growspire Learning Ltd. Please read them before paying. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Products and prices

We sell downloadable PDF educational resources. Each product page states the included files, approximate page count, intended learning stage and price. Prices and checkout totals are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). There are no delivery charges for digital products.

Orders and payment

Stripe securely processes card and eligible wallet payments, including Apple Pay on compatible devices. A contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment and we make the download available. We may refuse or refund an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a technical problem that prevents supply.

Immediate digital delivery and cancellation

At checkout you are asked to accept these terms, request immediate access to the digital files and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends once downloading begins. If you have not started a download, you may contact us within 14 days to cancel. See our cancellation and refund policy for details.

Downloads

After successful payment, a confirmation page provides personalised PDF links. Links normally expire after seven days, and each included file may be downloaded up to three times. Contact us with your Stripe receipt if a genuine technical problem prevents access.

Licence and permitted use

Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. Home educators may print and use the resource within their immediate household. An individual teacher or tutor may use it with the children they personally teach. You must not resell, upload, distribute or share the files or remove the purchaser watermark. A school-wide, organisation-wide or multi-tutor licence is not included. Full details appear in the resource licence.

Quality and descriptions

We aim to describe resources accurately and supply files of satisfactory quality. Minor colours can vary between screens and printers. Educational resources support learning but do not guarantee a particular academic result and are not a substitute for professional educational or special-needs advice.

Problems with digital content

If a file is faulty, materially misdescribed or cannot be downloaded, email us promptly with the order email and receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, repair, replace or refund it in line with UK consumer law.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from consumer use of a resource.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory consumer protections and may use the courts available to you under applicable law.
